To provide the best possible service, we utilise an optimised order routing system.

Smart Routing: Once your order is placed, our system automatically selects the fulfilment centre best suited to your location and current production capacities.

Production Time: As each item is made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for your garment to be printed and quality-checked before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International: Delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 5–15 business days.

3. Tracking Your Galaxy

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep.

4. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs office for specific details regarding thresholds and rates.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Because we use an automated routing system to start production quickly, we have a very limited window to make changes. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Missing Packages

Our routing system is designed to avoid production bottlenecks, but occasional transit delays within postal networks can happen. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
