Substitutions: If an exact product match is unavailable, we may allow for similar product matches. This means your item may be replaced by a product of equivalent quality, colour, and material to ensure you receive your order promptly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the performance of our fulfilment partners. While our routing system is designed to bypass production delays, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
5. Product Care
To maintain the quality of the print and the fabric, we recommend following the specific washing instructions provided with the garment. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper care or alterations made after delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order so we can rectify it.
